It depends on the source and metric. Most integrations refresh automatically every few minutes. Where real-time is essential, we update within a few seconds. All our plans include our fastest updates.

Can I show dashboards on a TV?
Yes. TV dashboards are where we started out, and unlike most other dashboard software our dashboards can be read from across the room. Any TV works with off-the-shelf hardware, it just needs to run a modern web browser.

How do I share dashboards with people who don’t have a Geckoboard account?
Share a link that works in any browser, no login required. We don’t charge for view-only users, so you can also give as many people a login as you need. You can also send automatic snapshots to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email on a schedule you set.

Is Geckoboard secure?
Geckoboard is GDPR compliant and currently going through SOC 2 certification. Your data is handled securely throughout.
