# Connect your Buffer data to Geckoboard

Learn how to connect to Buffer and begin visualizing your data.

1. Add a new Buffer widget from your dashboard.

2. Select a preset widget from the list.

3. Give your connection a name, then click **Connect via Buffer** on the connection panel and follow the steps on screen to connect.

4. Complete the widget configuration as preferred and **select Save widget** to add to your dashboard.
