How your Salesforce report structure maps to widgets

Your Salesforce report contains two types of fields that determine how you can visualize the data in Geckoboard:

Line, Column, and Bar Charts

Leaderboards

Number and Gauge widgets

Number widgets display a single summarized numeric value (Sum, Average, Minimum, or Maximum) calculated from all records in your report. For example: Sum of Total Sales Amount, Average Probability, or Maximum Price.

Important: The Record Count metric (number of items) is always available for each grouped field in your report, regardless of widget type.
