# Data discrepancies between Mixpanel and Geckoboard

Learn why you might be seeing different numbers in Mixpanel than on your Geckoboard widgets.

If you're displaying the Mixpanel **Events Number** or **Line Chart** widgets with a **Last x days** time period, you may have noticed discrepancies between the data displaying on your widget(s) and in Mixpanel.

This is because Mixpanel’s definition of **Last x days** time periods differs from our own.
