The Clock widget displays the time and date in either 24 or 12 hour format, using the local computer's clock as a reference. If the computer's clock is incorrect, so will the time displayed on the Clock widget in the local and non-local time zones.

If you're viewing the dashboard via a [share link](https://support.geckoboard.com/en/articles/6055739-share-a-dashboard-with-share-links) or [dashboard loop](https://support.geckoboard.com/en/articles/6055763-use-loops-to-cycle-multiple-dashboards-on-a-single-screen), the widget matches the time of the computer displaying the dashboard.

1. Click **\+ Add widget** and select either **Clock** from the data sources list.
2. On the widget setup screen, choose a **Title** to be displayed at the top of the Clock. In the examples above, the widgets are titled with their locations.
3. Next select either **24 or 12 hour** time format.
4. Finally, define the **Location** of the clock and its **Timezone**.

5. Click **Add widget** to finish.
