Data discrepancies between Appfigures and Geckoboard

Learn why you might be seeing different numbers in Appfigures than on your Geckoboard widgets.

Why is this happening?

If you're displaying the Appfigures widget App Ratings Funnel, you may notice discrepancies between the number of ratings displaying on your widgets and within Appfigures. Currently, you'll only see ratings associated with reviews, rather than all ratings.

The Appfigures API endpoint we're using for this particular metric (Reviews) only shows ratings from reviews, it does not include all other ratings (without reviews), which can be retrieved from another endpoint (Ratings) instead.
