# Change your Geckoboard plan

Make changes to your plan by logging in to Geckoboard and accessing your account settings.

Only **Account owners** can switch their plan directly in Geckoboard.

You can upgrade your Geckoboard plan at any time to get access to more features.

To change your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner.

2. From the drop-down, select Plans & billing.

3. Click **Change plan**.

4. Now you can select a new plan. You can also switch between **monthly** and **annual** billing.

When you first subscribe, you enter a billing cycle (e.g., if you subscribe on 25 September, your cycle goes from the 25th of a month to the 25th of the following month). If you upgrade between your billing cycles, your first payment will be prorated for the difference.
