Connect your RingCentral data to Geckoboard

Learn how to connect to RingCentral and begin visualizing your data.

  1. Add a new RingCentral widget from your dashboard.

  2. Choose from either Analytics or User presence from the preset metrics panel.

  3. Click the Connect via RingCentral button and follow the steps to connect.

  4. Select the group for which you wish to show data and click Apply.

  5. Complete your widget configuration as preferred, then click Add to dashboard.
