Switch between dashboards using links

Navigate from one Geckoboard dashboard to another using a combination of share links and the Text widget.

Using dashboard share links and the Text widget, you can create a link to click and switch from one dashboard to another.

Text widgets support Markdown formatting, allowing you to create clickable links and other formatting changes.

How to setup links

  1. From your dashboard, click Share.
  2. In the Share modal, click Create Share link.
  3. Click the ellipsis, then select Copy to copy the link.
  4. Next, add a Text widget to your dashboard.
  5. In the 'Message 1' field, create a Link element and use the share link you just copied.

Example formatting

If you want the dashboard link to open in the same tab, use this link format:
