We've added a range of metrics to our [Zendesk Sell data source](/content/product/data-sources/zendesk-sell/index.html), centered around _calls_. Show how the team is performing throughout the day and over time, with:

- Number of calls (which can be filtered by owner, related deal, call direction and more)
- Duration of individual calls
- Average call duration
- Call outcomes, including summaries
- ...and more
