Our [Intercom data source](/content/product/data-sources/intercom/index.html) has been upgraded!

**Truly real-time refresh rates**: Intercom widgets now react instantly to changes in your Intercom account.

**Wider support for source data**: All metrics - apart from customer satisfaction - can be broken down in source data view, opening up more possibilities for diagnosing and analyzing individual conversations.

**More historical time periods**: We’ve added several convenient time periods that help with historical reporting, including ‘yesterday’ and ‘last week’.

**Fixed**: The names of teams and teammates in Geckoboard now stay in sync automatically with any changes you make in Intercom.
