We've added a range of metrics to our Zendesk Sell data source, centered around calls. Show how the team is performing throughout the day and over time, with:

• Number of calls (which can be filtered by owner, related deal, call direction and more)
• Duration of individual calls
• Average call duration
• Call outcomes, including summaries
• ...and more
