Improved Slack snapshots

We’ve made some improvements to Slack snapshots.

• The vertical bar to the left of each snapshot is now colour-coded - green by default, and red if there has been an error whilst generating your snapshot.
• The dashboard title now links to the edit page for that specific dashboard.
• Each snapshot now includes a short description of when it’s scheduled to send.
